Slow-grown over 2 years in the same conditions as a wild trout from the Test and Itchen, ChalkStream produce firm, well-muscled, large trout low in fat.
Our trout portions come at approx 180g, making the perfect meal for one.
As a fresh caught product, due to many different factors such as bad weather conditions and seasonality, products may occasionally be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund for that item.
