Palourde clams are some of the finest clams money can buy, with a very sweet flavour and plump meat. They are delicious in a spaghetti vongole, or simply steamed with white wine or sake.

As a fresh caught product, due to many different factors such as bad weather conditions and seasonality, products may occasionally be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund for that item.
