Filotea line Le Matassine is our latest addition and Pappardelle are probably our favourite of the bunch. Pappardelle all'uovo are a key ingredient in the traditional Italian cuisine and give their best with rich and tasty sauces, such as game or wild boar ragù, both red and white. At HQ though, they remind us of the rich tomato sauce with porcini mushrooms granpa used to cook on a Sunday, so they'll always have a special place on our table.
